Who I Work With

Whether you're seeking relief from stress, improved performance, or a deeper connection with yourself, the Stillpoint Breath Method meets you where you are.

This work is especially supportive for those who:

  • Navigate demanding careers or fast-paced lifestyles.

  • Feel disconnected from their body, breath, or sense of presence.

  • Are recovering from chronic stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue.

  • Want to improve breathing efficiency, resilience, and overall well-being.

  • Feel called to explore conscious breathing as a practice for health, self-discovery, and transformation.

*No experience is necessary.
You don't need to perform, achieve, or get anything right. Simply arrive as you are. Through healthy breathing, rhythm, and mindful movement, your body already knows the way.

What You Can Expect

During a typical session, you'll experience:

  • A brief check-in to understand your current state and intentions.

  • Simple, science-informed guidance to help you understand the day's breathing focus.

  • Guided breathing practices that support nervous system regulation, breathing efficiency, and embodied awareness.

  • Moments of stillness to integrate the experience and observe subtle shifts in body and mind.

  • Practical techniques you can confidently apply between sessions and in everyday life.

Over time, you'll develop a personalized toolkit to help you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience—whether you're preparing for an important presentation, recovering after a demanding day, enhancing athletic performance, deepening meditation, or simply taking a moment to reconnect with yourself.

The Stillpoint Approach

Science‑Informed Breathing

Every technique is grounded in modern respiratory physiology and evidence-informed breathing principles. Learn to breathe more efficiently, improve oxygen utilization, build healthy CO₂ tolerance, and support lasting physical and mental resilience.

Nervous System Regulation

Your breath is a direct pathway to your nervous system. Each session helps shift your body from chronic stress and survival mode toward a state of safety, recovery, and calm—building resilience rather than simply providing temporary relaxation.

Guided Stillness & Flow

Stillness is where awareness deepens and lasting transformation begins. Every session includes intentional space for integration, allowing your body and mind to absorb the practice before gently transitioning into a state of greater presence, clarity, and effortless flow.

Sustainable Transformation

This is not about pushing harder or chasing peak experiences. It's about developing a lifelong relationship with your breath—one that supports your health, performance, emotional well-being, and everyday life through consistent, intentional practice.

Why Stillpoint Breath

Modern life keeps many of us in a constant state of doing. The Stillpoint Breath Method invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your natural capacity for calm, resilience, and presence. Through science-informed breathwork and guided stillness, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system, breathe more efficiently, and move through life with greater clarity, balance, and flow.

Training & Certifications

Mo Islam is a breathwork instructor and mountaineer whose journey began in the high altitudes of the Himalayas. While training at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) in India, they discovered the transformative power of breath as a tool for endurance, focus, and survival in extreme environments.

What began as a performance technique for mountaineering evolved into a deeper exploration of breath as a pathway to resilience and embodied presence. Through years of study and practice, Mo realized these same principles could help people navigate everyday life with greater clarity, balance, and ease.

Inspired by their experiences in the mountains, Mo created Stillpoint Breath to bridge modern respiratory science with timeless breathing wisdom. Their work explores the relationship between breath, inner stillness, rhythm, and movement—where rhythmic sound and music can deepen embodied presence, allowing movement to emerge naturally while an inner sense of stillness remains.

Their mission is to help others cultivate healthier breathing patterns, strengthen nervous system resilience, and discover the stillpoint—a place of calm, clarity, and inner strength that becomes increasingly accessible through conscious practice.
